Ar. Abdul Rahman Richard Abdullah was born in October, 1969 in Tuaran, Sabah. He had his earlier education in Tuaran prior to being chosen as a Sabah Foundation sponsored scholar from 1982 to 1986 in Pahang. He later completed his Diploma in Architecture at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Johor in 1991 prior to pursuing a degree in the same field at the Universiti Teknologi MARA from 1991-1994. Abdul Rahman obtained his professional architectural license in 2003.
Abdul Rahman started his career as a Project Architect in 1994 at FAA Architect, prior to enhancing his career at Teknikarya Arkitek in 1996. He later moved to Radicare (M) Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Project Director in 1998, where he was tasked to under- take major project developments, which included being in-charge of the construction of the Selayang Hospital.
His interest in business led Abdul Rahman to set up Abdul Rahman Richard Architect (ARRA) Sdn Bhd in 2003 (then a sole propri- etorship), which was involved in a multitude of government and private sector projects around the country, including the Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UNIMAP) and the soon to be constructed Hospital Universiti Malaysia Sabah (HUMS) amongst others.
Abdul Rahman then diversified his business interests through the formation of Medic Planner Sdn Bhd (focusing on the setting up and construction of hospitals), Tunjang Jitu Sdn Bhd (A CIDB-registered Class A contractor) and Kipcare Sdn Bhd (an international medical gloves manufacturer). The companies have since undergone a corporate restructuring process whereby they are placed under a corporate structure helmed by Abdul Rahman’s holding company; ARRA Properties Sdn Bhd.
Muhammad Zulkarnain is a dedicated and driven professional whose journey reflects a strong blend of academic achievement, social engagement, and practical industry experience. He began his higher education in the United Kingdom, earning a Degree in Communication from Sheffield Hallam University in 2022. During his time at the university, he was not only focused on academic excellence but was also actively involved in NGO initiatives, demonstrating an early commitment to commu- nity engagement, leadership, and social responsibility. These formative years helped shape his communication skills, broaden his global perspective, and strengthen his ability to work with diverse groups of people.
Motivated to expand his managerial and strategic capabilities, he went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management at International Medical University, which he successfully completed in 2025. His postgraduate studies enhanced his understanding of organizational leadership, operational management, financial planning, and strategic decision-making across complex industries.
Muhammad Zulkarnain began his career at Betelcare, a glove manufacturing company, where he quickly established a strong track record in sales performance and business development. His ability to build client relationships, identify market opportunities, and deliver measurable results contributed significantly to the company’s growth during his tenure. After gaining three years of valuable exposure in the manufacturing and commercial sector, he transitioned into the oil and gas industry by joining Reliant Oilfield.
With a Bachelor (Hons) in Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Kota Kinabalu, is also an ACCA Accelerate candidate, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence in finance and corporate governance. With a solid foundation in financial reporting, strategic management, and regulatory compliance, he brings structured analysis and disciplined execution into the organisation’s opera- tional and long-term planning framework.
Danish plays an active role in supporting the development and expansion of Reliant’s diversified portfolio across architecture, oil and gas, property development, and renewable energy. Within the architectural division, he contributes to project coordination, documentation management, and administrative oversight for major developments, including the PETRONAS ZLNG Offshore Warehouse. His involvement strengthens reporting efficiency, compliance alignment, and structured project delivery across stake- holders.
In the oil and gas sector, under Reliant’s PETRONAS licensing framework, Danish supports commercial documentation, regulato- ry coordination, and financial structuring processes. He is also involved in strategic development initiatives under CEMS Ventures, a joint venture between Reliant Resources Sdn Bhd and Sabah Oil and Gas Development Corporation (SOGDC), contributing to industrial and infrastructure development projects in Sipitang Oil and Gas Industrial Park. Additionally, he is engaged with Impomes Ventures, a joint venture between Nusantara Renewable Energy Sdn Bhd and SOGIP Ventures Sdn Bhd, focusing on renewable energy solutions, including POME (Palm Oil Mill Effluent) projects, and long-term sustainable infrastructure develop- ment. These roles provide Danish with valuable exposure to strategic planning, investment coordination, and energy sector innovation.
Seyri Anuwa Jahari is a highly experienced oil & gas professional with over two decades of involvement across drilling engineering, well intervention, integrated project management, and executive leadership within the upstream energy sector.
He began his career with Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd, where he gained early exposure through technical training and later served as a Drilling Engineer, building strong foundational expertise in well planning, operations, and equipment systems. His early technical career progressed through international and regional assignments with organizations such as Lamson JOC and Nippon Oil Exploration, where he was involved in land drilling operations including conventional and HPHT wells, as well as the preparation of drilling programmes, HSE documentation, and operational planning.
Seyri continued to expand his operational capabilities with EQ Petroleum and UZMA Engineering, contributing to Project Management Teams (PMT) in drilling and well services. His involvement included low-cost rigless drilling solutions, sidetrack operations using Hydraulic Workover Units (HWU), rigless well completion, and plug & abandonment (P&A) for both onshore and offshore environments.
Transitioning into leadership roles, Seyri joined SAJ Engineering Consultancy Sdn Bhd as Engineering Manager before advancing to General Manager at Vantage Well Services (formerly SAJ Engineering Consultancy). During this period, he led initiatives covering rigless well intervention, hydraulic snubbing operations, integrated well abandonment, and advanced well P&A technologies.
His strategic leadership continued within Vantage Energy Group, where he served first as Chief Executive Officer (2018–2020) and subsequently as Managing Director for Oil & Gas (2020–2021). In these roles, he oversaw business growth, operational execution, and market expansion in integrated well solutions and abandonment services.
Between 2021 and 2022, Seyri broadened his industry exposure through his involvement with Fishman, before taking on the role of Project Director at Sangga Tiga Sdn Bhd from September 2022 to August 2023 in Kuantan, Pahang. In this capacity, he was responsible for project leadership and execution, reinforcing his experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex operational initiatives.
Across his career, Seyri has developed deep expertise in exploration and development drilling, conventional and intelligent completions, rigless well intervention, workover and recompletion, sidetrack drilling, and integrated well abandonment — both surface and subsea, onshore and offshore.
His journey reflects a rare blend of technical depth and executive leadership, positioning him as a respected industry professional capable of bridging engineering execution with strategic direction in the evolving energy landscape.

A product of an esteemed educational institution, Wan Rahimah’s academic journey culminated in a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration (Hons) from North University of Malaysia in 1992, where she earned distinction as a Dean’s List scholar in 1991. Her education was further enriched by the prestigious sponsorship from the Public Service Department (JPA), a testament to her exceptional potential and dedication.
Wan Rahimah’s foray into the realm of manpower and recruitment commenced in 1993 when she joined Daya Gail Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gail Force Australia, as a Recruitment Consultant and Director. Here, she began to lay the foundation for her distinguished career. Her remarkable talents were further recognized when she transitioned to Eden Brown (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading UK-based manpower and construction company, where she contributed to the company’s expansion and success.
In 2006, driven by her entrepreneurial ambition, Wan Rahimah co-founded and became a Shareholder and Director of Petromin- work Sdn Bhd and Petrominwork Consulting Sdn Bhd. Under her stewardship, the companies flourished as key players in the manpower supply industry, with Wan Rahimah overseeing all aspects of operations, from policy formulation to project manage- ment, talent acquisition, and the development of end-to-end management services.
