Plug & Abandonment

As reservoirs begins to deplete and oil & gas production are no longer economical to produce, Oil Producers are obligated and responsible to remove all production infrastructure back to the original state. In order for the production infrastructure to be removed, the wells have to be safely plugged & abandoned first.

Reliant Drilling offers an Integrated Plug and Abandonment (P&A) services to assist our clients to abandon the well safely and economically. Working together with our clients, we are able to offer and provide a complete turnkey solution by integrating all associated services to successfully completing any plug and abandonment project.

Below is the scope of work covered under the Integrated P&A services

Maintain and manage Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) and Casing Jack.
Supply, maintain and manage equipment for well abandonment services, which include slickline units, e-line units, pumping/cementing units, solid control units, swarf handling units, conductor removal units.
Offshore Support Vessel (OSC), which include Lift Boat, Accommodation Work Boat (AWB), Anchor Handling Tug (AHT), Platform Support Vessel and other marine spread.

Well Workover

Workover operations are performed for maintenance purposes to keep production levels up and remedial objectives. This involves retracting and replacing existing completion string in the reservoir or new production zones. They’re mainly carried out on oil or gas producing wells at any stage of their productive life. These oilfield maintenance operations are executed to optimize oil or gas production and keep it to an optimal level.

Reliant Drilling can offer lightweight Hydraulic Snubbing Units, quick deployment, minimal crew, heavy duty and cost-effective options.

Well Completion

Reliant Drilling is your partner in integrating and deploying Well Completion products. Our hands-on approach has ensured that all wells are not only completed on schedule, but reliable uptime and availability.

Through integration with our global technology partners, we can adapt existing technologies towards new applications which have proven to reduce costs, risks and optimise production. Our primary focus is on lower completion activities, with a new emphasis on upper completion services such as tubing related applications offering a complete top to bottom solution.

Our comprehensive well solution products are primarily designed and manufactured specifically for well conditions and requirements to help reservoir and wellbore treatment whilst maintaining well integrity and optimising cost throughout the well lifespan.

Managing Sand and Inflow Performance

Reliant Drilling offers Sand Control using premium mesh and wire-wrapped screens. These sand and inflow control devices are engineered for both new wells and existing wells as retrofit applications. We offer JetSweep patented artificial lift technology as an alternative system to typical sand clean-up operations for pre-completion in new wells and workover wells, as well as thru-tubing application in existing wells. The product can be deployed using a snubbing unit or coiled tubing, helping to lift depleted wells and clean wellbores from sand or scale. This includes fine to medium sand that mainly comes from sandstone reservoirs.

Perforation

Reliant Drilling state-of-the-art Tubing Conveyed Perforation (TCP) systems and operating techniques provides a trade-off between the use of conventional wireline perforating. We provide various choices of TCP string design to cater any Temporary Completion, Workover or Plug & Abandonment campaigns. Combined with Drill Stem Testing (DST) technology, this provides real-time data required to evaluate the formation’s potential. Together with our partners, Reliant Drilling classifies our perforating solutions into the below categories:
